Privacy Policy

CodeFort Lab (“we”, “us”) is a web-development studio operating from Pakistan and serving clients internationally. This policy explains exactly what data we collect through codefortlab.xyz, why, and how you can have it removed. We collect the minimum we need to reply to you and to understand which outreach brings enquiries — nothing more.
Data you give us through the review form
When you submit the review form, we collect:
- The website URL you want reviewed (required).
- Your name, email address, and/or WhatsApp number (you provide at least one).
- Any message or description of your current frustration that you choose to add.
- A referral tag from the link you clicked (e.g. ?src=linkedin), your IP address, and your browser’s user-agent string — used to prevent abuse and to measure which channels work.
We use this only to prepare your review, reply to you, and keep our own records of enquiries. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in Supabase (our database provider) and transmitted through Resend, which delivers the notification to us and an automated confirmation to you. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. The site is hosted on Vercel. Data may be processed on servers outside your country, including the EU and US.
Cookies & analytics
We load analytics only after you accept cookies in our banner. Decline and none of the following run:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, referral source, device type). Uses Google Consent Mode; storage stays denied until you accept.
- Meta Pixel — lets us measure and retarget our advertising on Facebook/Instagram. Only loads with consent.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights — privacy-friendly, cookieless performance measurement.
You can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
WhatsApp contact
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled inside WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. We only see the phone number and messages you send us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records. If an enquiry does not become a project, you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights & deletion requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or permanently delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@codefortlab.xyzwith the subject “Data request” and we will action it, typically within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
